Service Availability

While we strive to provide continuous service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our Services. 3. User Accounts and Registration

Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial for new subscribers. You may cancel your subscription at any time during the free trial period without charge. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically continue and you will be charged the applicable subscription fee.

Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You will be charged the then-current subscription rate. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.

Refund Policy

• Full refund available within 30 days of initial purchase if less than 25% of course content has been accessed
• Pro-rated refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances
• No refunds for completed courses or after 90 days from purchase date
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our support team

5. User Conduct and Responsibilities

As a user of our Services, you agree to:

• Use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
• Not share your account credentials with others
• Not reproduce, distribute, or make derivative works of our course content

In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount paid by you to Gorgiosskva in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Severability

Waiver

No waiver of any term or condition of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights hereunder without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
